Samantha has christianed my entire resin bjd family...
Well, she gave them their nicks which were really apt.
Lady Sylvie "Saccharine" Elyse

Cyndy "Tranquillity"

Jun "Petality" Tachibana

Isao "Dragonite" Najou

Kohya "Deathkiss"

Martin "Amity" Sakaki

Yuni "Destinee"
Midori "Terra Gratis"
She had named them according to how I feel about them.
According to her, "dragonite" is a stone that is supposed to grant the owner bravery in times of war while "deathkiss" is a plant that is poisonous and yet it heals venoms. Lovers take it when they are doomed to go to the next world together - cold yet full of love. Definitely suitable for my boys. "Amity" definitely suits Martin who is the most peaceful looking of my boys.
As Midori is more of a free spirit, she named her "Terra Gratis" which means free of land restrictions. As I have wavered many times in whether to let Yuni go or not, it looks like she is meant to stay with me - hence the nick "Destinee".
Sylvie was my first ball-jointed doll ("bjd") and she has the sweetest face ever - I could never get tired of looking of her - just looking at her makes me smile. Cyndy was the first girl bjd that I saw and fell in love with and as I couldn't bear to buy her then, I was in 7th heaven when I finally got her - she looks so quiet and there is a calming effect about her - I would pick her up after a horrid day at work and just stare at her for ages. I didn't bond right away with Jun when I first got her - I even thought of selling her away. Now I don't think I can ever tear my fab 3 apart. Jun is Petality which means "fairy of flowers" - she is definitely one hell of a flower herself as she possesses that soft subtle beauty.
Once again, thank you Samantha for giving them their nick names and teaching me to dream again.
